Las joyas en stock se preparan en un máximo de 4 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El envío siempre certificado, se realizará después de este período de preparación; te notificaremos vía email y proporcionaremos el número de seguimiento.
Tiempos estimados de entrega:
ESPAÑA (PENÍNSULA): Los gastos nacionales peninsulares son 5.95€ y tarda entre 48 a 72 horas aprox.
Por favor, para las Islas Canarias, proporcióneme su DNI en las notas del pedido. (El envío puede tardar de 7 a 12 días)
EUROPA: 8.65€ tarda entre 1 a 2 semanas aprox.
RESTO DEL MUNDO : 10€ para el resto del mundo.El tiempo asciende de 10 a 21 días aprox.

Esto quiere decir que de esta pieza ya hay varias unidades hechas y se enviará en un plazo máximo de 4 días sin tener que esperar a que la fabrique desde 0.
¿Y SI EN EL ENUNCIADO DEL PRODUCTO PONE PRE-ORDER? ¿QUE SIGNIFICA?
Se trata de artículos que no se encuentran en stock en el momento de efectuar tu pedido, sino que se confeccionan bajo pedido para cada cliente en nuestro taller, se encuentran aún en proceso de confección porque no están en stock inmediato.
En cada descripción de pre-order se detallan los tiempos de fabricación y envío.
¿CUÁNTO TARDAS EN HACER UNA JOYA?
Cada joya tiene su tiempo de elaboración detallado en la descripción del producto.
Ten en cuenta que son productos hechos a mano y necesitan tiempo para ser elaborados, depende de la dificultad de la pieza, unos tendrán unos tiempos de elaboración más largos que otros.
Actualmente doy unos 15 días hábiles (Lunes a Viernes) aproximado para la fabricación de las piezas que no estan en stock inmediato
Muchas veces, las piezas llegan antes del periodo de 15 días hábiles.
¿HAY JOYAS EN STOCK SIN NECESIDAD DE PRE-ORDER?
Sí la mayoría de las veces dispongo de unidades, que he ido creando para poder ir teniendo stock.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST AND TAKE?
The jewelry in stock is prepared within a maximum of 4 business days (Monday to Friday). The shipment, always certified, will be processed after this preparation period; we will notify you via email and provide the tracking number.
Estimated delivery times:
SPAIN (PENINSULA): The peninsular national expenses are 5.95€ and it takes between 48 to 72 hours approx.
Please, for the Canary Islands, provide your ID in the order notes. (Shipping may take 7 to 12 days)
EUROPE: 8.65€ takes between 1 to 2 weeks approx.
REST OF THE WORLD: 10€ for the rest of the world. The time increases from 10 to 21 days approx.

It refers to items that are not in stock at the time of placing your order but are crafted on demand for each customer in our workshop. They are still in the manufacturing process because they are not immediately available in stock.
In each pre-order description, the manufacturing and shipping times are detailed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A JEWELRY?
Each piece of jewelry has its detailed production time in the product description.
Please note that these are handmade products and require time for crafting, depending on the complexity of the piece; some may have longer production times than others.
Currently, I provide an approximate lead time of 15 business days (Monday to Friday) for the fabrication of items that are not immediately in stock.
Often, the pieces arrive before the 15 business days period.
