Esto significa que se incluye un servicio de limpieza de la joya, el cual puede usarse UNA vez por pieza de forma gratuita durante el primer año, así como servicios de reparación.
Para ello, solo tendrás que pagar los gastos de envío de ida y vuelta. Si tu pieza ha superado el periodo de garantía de un año, puedes ponerte en contacto conmigo a través de [email protected] o el formulario de contacto en la web para recibir un presupuesto.
El tiempo necesario para la reparación o limpieza está sujeto a demanda y puede variar entre 12 y 21 días laborables, dependiendo del volumen de trabajo.
IMPORTANTE : La joya se enviará bien embalada, aconsejo enviármela en su caja original para asegurarnos que llegue protegida, la caja se devolverá de vuelta con la joya reparada.
Si ya no dispone de la caja de la joya, asegúrate de enviármela muy bien protegida, se enviará de vuelta SIN una caja nueva, en otro embalaje diferente.

IMPORTANT: The jewel will be sent well packaged, I advise sending it to me in its original box to ensure that it arrives protected, the box will be returned with the repaired jewel.
If you no longer have the jewelry box, be sure to send it to me very well protected, it will be sent back WITHOUT a new box, in a different packaging.
